How long does it take to complete this program?

While this program includes training plans that are as short as 8 weeks, you have access to all of the program modules, resources, and live coaching calls for a full year (annual membership), or as long as you maintain your monthly subscription. So, if you need a little more time to work through the content or your race plans change, you’re covered.

Is there a payment plan?

I haven't run a race before, can I still join this program?
